Funken's founders believe that the arts give employees an opportunity to connect to abstract business concepts in a very tangible way. Our consultants have worked with audiences of 10 - 800+ to create visual art projects that incorporate small contributions by each participant to create beautiful artwork pieces that can later be displayed in an office setting to consistently remind staff of their individual contributions to larger organizational objectives and accomplishments.

We have also successfully created performances that enable staff to more easily visualize and understand new processes and organizational changes prior to their implementation to encourage buy-in and ownership.
